Is it cheaper to buy from the supermarket?
Our rolls are double the size of standard rolls, making them last twice as long and cost less per sheet than the supermarket average. So you can get affordable, sustainable toilet roll while supporting the movements you believe in.
We know that buying in bulk requires extra storage space and a larger upfront cost. We're aiming to introduce more box sizes as we grow, but we've started with 48 and 24 roll boxes to offer you the best possible value – plus the convenience of never running out!

Yes! Our rolls are made from 100% sustainable, FSC-certified bamboo – a fast-growing, fully regenerative alternative to traditional tree pulp. Our packaging is plastic-free, using only 100% FSC-certified bamboo and recycled paper.
We’re committed to sustainable production and will continue to minimise our climate impact as we grow. But we know true sustainability means fighting a system that prioritises profit over the planet. That's why we've committed to funding organisations demanding climate action and environmental justice.

How can you run a business while giving away 100% of your profits?
Simple – we set up Clean Sheet to change the system, not get rich. Once we've covered operational costs and paid fair salaries, our partner organisations get 100% of the profit that would usually go to shareholders.
We don't get around this with clever tricks like inflated salaries or big bonuses. We will publish all of our costs once we’ve been operating for six months so you can check up on us!

We invest in long-term partnerships so we can offer secure, scalable funding, and we share updates from our partners so you can see exactly where your money is going.
How much is delivery and how long does it take?
Standard UK mainland delivery is free, covering all standard orders to England, Wales and the Scottish Lowlands. Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands are £8.00. UK offshore islands (Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Orkney Islands, Shetland Islands, Western Isles and Argyll and Bute) are £14.00. The Channel Islands are £17.00.
Most UK orders ship with DPD and should be delivered within 2 to 5 business days. For larger orders of more than 3 boxes we use APC overnight, so you can expect a 1 to 2 day delivery when ordered before 2pm.
Can I return my order?
Yes. We have a 30 day satisfaction guarantee: if things do not work out as expected, you can request a refund within 30 days of receiving your web order by emailing hello@clean-sheet.co. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and take 5 to 10 business days to reach your account. We refund the cost of the products themselves, original shipping charges are non-refundable, and the cost of return is the responsibility of the customer.
For health and safety reasons, products that have been unsealed, unwrapped or opened after delivery are non-returnable, and we cannot accept a return if more than two rolls in your order have been unwrapped. If a product is genuinely faulty or defective these exceptions do not apply and we will always provide a refund or replacement.
