Clean Sheet grew from both anger and opportunity. While billionaires and big business cash in, millions of people struggle to afford the basics. There are grassroots groups fighting back, but precarious funding limits the impact they can have.
We all know something needs to change. And while many of us don’t have disposable income to donate to the causes we believe in, we can all choose where we spend our money on daily essentials, such as toilet roll.
The power of this collective spending is huge. Redirecting just a fraction will generate millions for grassroots organisations every year.
So, Lex launched a crowdfunder, made his acting debut on a rolling toilet seat throne, and with lots of amazing support, persuaded thousands of people that toilet roll can change the world.
Clean Sheet is now in action, funded entirely by everyday people rather than shareholders, which means that we can give 100% of our profits directly to grassroots groups building lasting change.
