1. Eligibility

1.1. This raffle and referral rewards programme (the "Promotion") is open to residents of mainland United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.

1.2. By entering the Promotion, entrants confirm they meet the eligibility requirements.

2. Entry Methods

Referral Entries:

2.1. To enter via referral, participants must refer a friend who subsequently completes a qualifying purchase with Clean Sheet.

2.2. Each successful referral (where the referred friend makes a purchase) will earn the referrer one entry into the raffle.

2.3. There is no limit to the number of referral entries per person. The more successful referrals made, the more entries received.

2.4. No payment is required from the referrer to enter via referral; only the referred friend must make a purchase.

2.5. Important: The use of referral links does not affect the price of any Clean Sheet products. All products are sold at the same price whether purchased via a referral link or directly, ensuring no additional payment is made to participate in this Promotion.

2.6. For referrals to be tracked successfully, referred friends must have cookies enabled in their browser when clicking the referral link and completing their purchase.

2.7. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for referrals that cannot be tracked due to cookies being disabled or other technical issues.

Free Postal Entry:

2.8. You can enter this raffle completely FREE without making any referrals. To enter without making a referral, send your full name and contact details (including postal address, email address, and telephone number) on a postcard to: Clean Sheet, Studio 210, Artistic Spaces, Paynes Wharf, 25 Wharf Street, London, England, SE8 3GG. The envelope or postcard must be clearly marked "Raffle Entry".

2.9. Only one free postal entry per person will be accepted.

2.10. Free postal entries must be received by the date the crowdfunder ends to be valid.

2.11. Use first or second class post only. Special delivery or recorded delivery does not constitute free entry.

General Entry Terms:

2.12. All valid entries, whether via referral or free postal entry, will be entered into the raffle on equal terms and have an equal chance of winning.

2.13. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, or cannot be delivered for any reason.

2.14. Entries received after the crowdfunder ends will not be accepted.

3. The Raffle

3.1. The raffle will take place shortly after the crowdfunder ends.

3.2. One winning entry will be selected at random from all valid entries received.

3.3. All entrants will be notified of the outcome by email within 1 week of the raffle taking place.

3.4. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 1 week of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random.

4. Prizes and Rewards

Crowdfunder Target Condition:

4.1. The awarding of the raffle prize and guaranteed sock rewards is conditional upon the Clean Sheet crowdfunder reaching its funding target. If the crowdfunder does not reach its target, no prizes or rewards will be awarded, and all entrants will be notified of this outcome.

Raffle Prize - Pizza for a Year:

4.2. The raffle prize is one pizza per week for 52 weeks (one year).

4.3. The pizza will be provided via vouchers or a suitable equivalent method as determined by the Promoter.

4.4. Each successful referral earns one entry into the raffle for this prize.

4.5. Both referral entries and free postal entries are eligible for the pizza raffle and are treated equally.

Guaranteed Promotional Rewards - Free Socks:

4.6. In addition to the raffle, this Promotion includes a separate promotional reward scheme. Participants who achieve successful referrals will receive guaranteed free sock rewards as follows:

• 3 successful referrals = 1 free pair of socks

• 4 successful referrals = 2 free pairs of socks

• 5 successful referrals = 3 free pairs of socks

4.7. These sock rewards are promotional incentives and are separate from the raffle. They are not prizes in a game of chance but guaranteed rewards for successful referrals.

4.8. Sock rewards are cumulative and will be awarded automatically based on the number of successful referrals achieved.

4.9. Free postal entries do not qualify for the guaranteed sock rewards; only successful referrals count toward these rewards.

4.10. Sock rewards will be fulfilled after the crowdfunder ends and referrals have been verified, subject to the crowdfunder reaching its funding target.

General Prize and Reward Terms:

4.11. All prizes and rewards are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or any alternative.

4.12. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize or reward with an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary.

4.13. Prizes and rewards are offered as stated and do not include any items not specifically mentioned.

5. General Terms

5.1. The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

5.2. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants and to disqualify any entrant who breaches these terms and conditions.

5.3. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.

5.4. Personal data provided by entrants will be processed in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.

5.5. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

5.6. The winner may be required to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the raffle.

5.7. These terms and conditions are governed by English law, and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
