the climate crisis and workers' rights.

We’ve tried to find organisations which have a national reach and are things which everyone would collectively see benefit from. The plan is to expand once established to other renters unions, grassroots trade unions, campaigns and community groups – but we have to start somewhere. That’s why we’ve kept it simple and committed to giving to these three organisations at launch, with an equal split.

Acorn

ACORN is a community union bringing people across England and Wales together to build power in their communities and to fight for social and economic justice.

Campaigning on issues such as housing, the cost of living crisis, public transport and debt collection, ACORN has kept people in their homes, £millions in the pockets of working class families, and has helped to achieve local and national policy change. a community housing union that empowers tenants, workers, and residents, to fight for social and economic justice.

Migrants Organise

Migrants Organise creates a space where refugees, people seeking protection, migrant workers and allies organise together to make their voices heard.

It’s a grassroots platform built on the simple truth that nobody should be denied dignity, justice or freedom. From resisting exploitation to standing up to hostile immigration laws, Migrants Organise works with communities to turn isolation into power and build a movement of solidarity for a fairer, stronger society. In this society, migrants are not just surviving, but have the chance to thrive.

Tipping Point UK

Tipping Point UK is a small cooperative supporting 500+ grassroots groups to build powerful movements at the intersections of climate, racial, economic, and social justice.

Through campaigns targeting the finance sector and pressuring corporations to pay reparations, alongside tailored support for local trade unionists, farmers, and migrant-led groups, Tipping Point plays a vital role in driving structural change across Britain & Northern Ireland. Its strength lies in cultivating trust, skills, and deep relationships, while providing vital training, tools, resources, research, and movement gatherings — supporting grassroots groups nationwide to build power and win.
